What percentage do you charge?
Our management fee is 20% of gross booking revenue. Management fee is calculated on Gross Revenue prior to platform service fees.

Yes — 24/7. You never have to message a guest again.

Do you manage both Airbnb and Vrbo?
Yes. We manage your property on multiple booking platforms and keep calendars synced.

Do you restock supplies?
Minor restocking is included in your services. Major restocks that require more attention incur a small fee + supply cost.

Can you fully furnish my property?
Yes. We offer design & furnishing in our Property Activation Program. If you’re interested in a furnishing package or interior design recommendations, please reach out!

Can I still use my home if my STR property is my primary residence?
Absolutely. You can block dates on your calendar anytime, and we’ll work around your schedule.

Are you able to come to my property?
Yes! We are located in Austin, and we’re available to come to your property anytime. We’re always here for an emergency or any other issue that requires in-person attention.
